Jennie Askin

Director

Jennie has developed a planning career spanning over twenty four years. Her involvement on a wide scope of projects, range in diversity from residential to commercial and retail developments across Sydney with extensive experience in local government, private practice and providing expert evidence in the Land & Environment Court. She has also provided guidance on strategic policy development on the preparation of Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans and other strategic planning matters.

Lewis Adey

Lewis has established a planning career across Sydney and London, which spans thirty four years. He has engaged his interest in planning through a diverse and complex mix of residential, commercial and industrial projects from metropolitan fringes to historic inner urban environments, including the management of Development Control for Greenwich Maritime; a UNESCO World Heritage listed site. He has held senior planning and management roles in a number of Sydney Councils. Lewis was also part of a strategic planning team representing the Planning Institute of Australia in Colombo which provided policy development assisting in preparing Development Plans for Tsunami ravaged parts of the Western Province of Sri Lanka.

Boris Kozuchowski

Boris is a town planner with over 4 years of diverse experience within the local and private sector of planning. He has worked within development assessment, strategic planning and road and traffic safety within local government in NSW. Boris provides planning advice for a variety of projects including residential and commercial proposals across a range of local councils in NSW.

Clare Findlay

Clare has over over fifteen years diverse experience in the fields of urban planning and project management both locally and internationally. She has worked in various strategic planning, statutory planning, policy planning and development assessment roles for consultancies and government organisations in Australia, England, India and Sri Lanka. Clare specialises in both statutory and strategic planning for urban development, infrastructure and regeneration projects. Her expertise extends across planning approvals, planning proposals, master planning, development feasibility studies, social impact assessments, project management, policy formulation, policy review, Defence planning and aviation planning.

Gillian Wong

Gillian has seven years of Local Government experience in development assessment and has worked in various consultancies in NSW. Her experience includes a range of industrial, commercial and residential projects in differing Council areas. Gillian has also provided input and assistance in the preparation of planning documents and studies for Council and consultants.

Declan Hilferty Warren

Town Planning Assistant

  • Bachelor of Social Science (Geography and Urban Studies) – Western Sydney University

Declan started at aSquare Planning in 2023 as a Town Planning Assistant. He has two years of experience in private planning practice where he has worked in wide array projects throughout Sydney and New South Wales, including with the preparation and assessment of applications for a range of commercial and residential developments. Declan provides admin support to the team at aSquare, while also assisting with the preparation of development applications and planning advice.
